In consideration of the provisions of section V, letter A of General Standard No. 275 of the
Commission for the Financial Market, we communicate the following Relevant Fact in relation to SMS Chile
S.A., Rol Único Tributario N* 76.141.236-1, registered in the Registry of External Audit Companies under
number 57, hereinafter “SMS” or the “Company”.
Membership Income.
The Commission for the Financial Market is informed that, on August 23, 2022, the
following shareholders (partners).
Angelo Jorquera Tapia.
Marcelo Juan Marquez Carvajal.
Damián Mura Quiroga.
The legal background supporting the income of the shareholders (partners) indicated above in SMS is
shall be forwarded to this Commission in accordance with the provisions of General Standard No. 275, once
complete the corresponding legal formalities.
Departure of Partners.
The Commission for the Financial Market is informed that, on August 23, 2022, it withdraws from the
Company the shareholder (partner), Mr. Antonio Maximiliano Braun Moyano.
The legal background supporting the exit of the aforementioned shareholder (partner) from SMS will be sent
to this Commission in accordance with the provisions of General Rule No. 275, once they have
completed the corresponding legal formalities.
