Reference: Informs as ESSENTIAL FACT Resignation of Principal Director. Appointment
new Principal and Alternate Director
From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of paragraph 2″ of article 9 of DFL No. 251 of 1931 in relation to
Article 10 of Law 18,045 on the Securities Market, and Commission Circulars 991 and 662
for the Financial Market, I come to communicate as an Essential Fact of SMB Factoring
S.A. (the Company), which on August 26 of this year, Mr. Leonardo Bitrán Bitrán informed
to the Chairman of the Board of Directors his decision to resign from the position of Director of the Company,
Resignation that will be effective as of September 1, 2022. I also report that
Mr. Gabriel Bitrán Dicowsky was appointed as the new Director; and Mr. Ricardo Bitrán
Dicowsky as an alternate for the latter, so that from that date they will carry out their positions.
The Society thanks Mr. Leonardo Bitrán for his constant support and active participation in the
Board of Directors during the years in which he was a member.
