Ref: ESSENTIAL FACT – Proposal for Distribution of Final Dividend
From our consideration:
Sigdo Koppers S.A., registered in the Securities Registry with No. 915, in accordance with the provisions of articles 9 and paragraph 2 of article 10%, both of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, informs you that at the Ordinary Board meeting held on March 27, 2023, the Board of Directors of the Company agreed to propose to the Company’s Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting, to be held on April 24, 2023, the distribution of a final dividend of US$55,183,195, equivalent to US$0.05154 per share, charged to the profits of the year ended December 31, 2022, in its equivalent in pesos, according to the observed dollar exchange rate published in the Official Gazette on April 28, 2023.
If the final dividend is approved by the Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting, it will be paid as of May 5, 2023, with shareholders registered in the respective Registry being entitled to it, at midnight on April 28, 2023.
