In accordance with the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 10 of Law 18,045, as well as
the provisions of General Standard No. 30 of the Commission for the Financial Market, and duly
empowered to do so, I inform you that the Board of Directors of Sistema de Transmisión del Sur S.A. (the “Company”)
has agreed to proceed with the partial early redemption of 25% of the outstanding bonds corresponding to the Series
A, issued under the Company’s line of bonds registered in the Securities Registry under N*923, of
in accordance with the Bond Line Issuance Agreement signed by public deed dated 10
September 2018, granted at the Notary of Santiago of Mr. Roberto Antonio Cifuentes Allel.
The partial early redemption corresponds to a total amount of UF 1,000,000. The partial rescue start notice
Advance of the Series A Bonds has been published with this same date in the newspaper El Mercurio. Compliance
with the issuance contract, the Series A bonds to be redeemed early will be determined by means of
a draw, to be held on November 25, 2022, at the Notary of Santiago de don Andrés Zavala
Courriol. The redemption and payment will materialize on December 21, 2022.
