REF.: COMMUNICATES DECREASE IN CAPITAL OF SINGULAR INVESTMENT FUND Residential MBS L.
Dear Sir or Madam:
In compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law 20,712 on Administration of
third parties and individual portfolios, and articles 92 and 10% of the Securities Market Law,
referred to in paragraph 2 of Title “Capital Increases and Decreases” of the Regulations
Internal of the Singular Investment Fund Residential MBS 1 (“the Fund”), finding myself
duly empowered in my capacity as general manager of Singular Asset Management
Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (“the Administrator”), I hereby inform you that
the Administrator has decided to carry out a capital decrease by 0.17% of the quotas
subscribed and paid from the Fund. This reduction in capital shall be effected by reducing the
value of each of the quotas of the Series of Quotas of the Fund.
In view of the aforementioned, the capital reduction will be made to the contributors of
Series A, B and I of the Fund, in a single part, in accordance with the following:

1.- The capital reduction will be made through the “decrease in the value of each of the
quotas of the Series of the Fund”, which, on this occasion, will be representative of 0.17%
of the value of the quota of each Series of the fund.
e 2.- The distribution and payment of this capital decrease will be paid on April 25,
2023, to those Contributors of the series of the Fund that appear registered in the registry
respectively, at midnight on the fifth business day preceding the date of payment, on a pro rata basis.

3.- Payment will be made by deposit or electronic transfer to the bank current account
informed by the contributors with right, who are registered in the register of contributors to
midnight on the fifth business day prior to the payment date.
