REF.: ANNOUNCES CAPITAL DECREASE OF SINGULAR INVESTMENT FUND RESIDENTIAL MBS 1.
Dear Sir or Madam:
In compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law 20,712 on Administration of
third parties and individual portfolios, and articles 92 and 102 of the Securities Market Law,
referred to in paragraph 2.1 of Title X of the Internal Regulations of the Singular Investment Fund
Residential MBS | (“the Fund”), being duly empowered in my capacity as manager
general of Singular Asset Management Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (“the Administrator”),
I hereby inform you that the Administrator has decided to effect a decrease
of capital for up to 100% of the subscribed and paid quotas of the Fund. Such capital decrease
shall be effected by reducing the value of each of the quotas in the Series of Quotas of the
Background.
In view of the aforementioned, the capital reduction will be made to the contributors of
Series A, Series B and Series | of the Fund, in a single part, in accordance with the following:

SINGULAR
1.- The capital reduction will be made through the “decrease in the value of each of the
Fund fees”
2.- The distribution and payment of this capital decrease will be paid on February 27, 2023, to those
Fund contributors who are registered in the respective registry, at midnight on the fifth day
working prior to the date of payment, in proportion to the number of instalments held by them to date,
mentioned above.
3.- Payment will be made by deposit or electronic transfer to the bank current account,
informed by the contributors with right, who are registered in the register of contributors to
midnight on the fifth business day prior to the payment date.
