REF: PAYMENT OF INTERIM DIVIDEND
Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the provisions of article 9 “and second paragraph of article 10” of Law N*
18.045 on the Securities Market, and the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20.712,
being duly empowered to do so, I hereby come to communicate to you, in
essential factual character, related to the Singular Residential MBS Investment Fund | (“the
Merits”), as follows:
1. The distribution of a provisional dividend for a total amount amounting to $29,018,198 pesos
Chileans, charged to the results of the year 2022, distributed among those
contributors registered in series A, B and | of the Fund, in accordance with

To the contributors of Series A of the Fund, for a total amount of $6,431,155, on a pro rata basis for
the participation fees they have, in the total of 25,346 subscribed and paid quotas of
said Series.
ll To the contributors of Series B of the Fund, for a total amount of $14,328,936 on a pro rata basis
for the participation quotas they have, in the total of 56,301 subscribed quotas and
paid from said Series.
nl To the contributors of the Series | of the Fund, for a total amount of $8,258,107, on a pro rata basis for
the participation fees they have, in the total of 32,250 subscribed and paid quotas of
said Series.
2. The payment of this provisional dividend will be made as of August 17, 2022, on
Fund Contributors who are registered in the register of the respective Series, at the
midnight on the fifth working day preceding the date of payment indicated, in proportion to
