REF: PAYMENT OF INTERIM DIVIDEND
Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the provisions of article 9 “and second paragraph of article 10” of Law N*
18.045 on the Securities Market, and the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20.712,
being duly empowered to do so, I hereby come to communicate to you,
as an essential fact, relating to the Singular Residential MBS Investment Fund
| (“the Fund”), the following:
1. The distribution of a provisional dividend for a total amount amounting to Ch$24,116,199
Chilean pesos, charged to the results of the year 2022, distributed among those
contributors registered in series A, B and | of the Fund, in accordance with
to the following:
To the contributors of Series A of the Fund, for a total amount of $5,345,894, on a pro rata basis
for the participation quotas they have, in the total of 25,346 subscribed quotas and
paid from said Series.
ll To the contributors of Series B of the Fund, for a total amount of $11,909,028, to
Proportion for the participation quotas they have, in the total of 56,301 quotas
subscribed and paid for said Series.
nl To the contributors of the Series | of the Fund, for a total amount of $6,861,276, on a pro rata basis
for the participation quotas they have, in the total of 32,250 subscribed quotas and
paid from said Series.
2. The payment of this provisional dividend shall be made as of July 19, 2022,
alos Contributors to the Fund that are registered in the register of the respective
Series, at midnight on the fifth business day prior to the date of payment indicated, to
Pro-rata of the amount resulting from dividing the total amount to be distributed by the
Number of quotas held by them on the date indicated above.

3. The payment of the provisional dividend corresponding to each Contributor shall be made by means of
the deposit in current account or electronic transfer, as previously instructed by the
Contributors.
