REF.: COMMUNICATES DECREASE IN CAPITAL OF SINGULAR INVESTMENT FUND LEASEBACK l.
Dear Sir or Madam:
In compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law 20,712 on Administration of
third parties and individual portfolios, and articles 92 and 102 of the Securities Market Law, the contemplated
in numeral 2.1 of Title X of the Internal Regulations of the Singular Investment Fund Leaseback 1 (“the
Fund”), being duly empowered in my capacity as general manager of Singular Asset
Management Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (“the Administrator”), I hereby come to
inform that the Administrator has decided to carry out a capital decrease of up to 100%
of assessed contributions to the Fund. This capital reduction shall be effected by
decrease in the value of each of the quotas in the Fund’s Quota Series.
In view of the aforementioned, the capital reduction will be made to the contributors of the
Series A and Series | of the Fund, in a single part, in accordance with the following:

SINGULAR
1.- The capital decrease will be made through the “decrease in the value of each of the quotas”
of Background”
2.- The distribution and payment of this capital decrease will be paid on April 13, 2023, to those Contributors
of the Fund that are registered in the respective register, at midnight on the fifth working day preceding the
Date of payment, in proportion to the number of installments held on the date, indicated above.
3.- Payment will be made by deposit or electronic transfer to the bank current account,
informed by the contributors with right, who are registered in the register of contributors to the
midnight on the fifth business day prior to the date of payment.
