Ref: Communicates the appointment of Singular Asset Management Administradora General de Fondos S.A.
as administrator of the funds indicated.
From our consideration,
Pursuant to Article 9? and second paragraph of article 10? of Law 18.045, Article 18
of Law 20,712 and in General Rule No. 30 of that Commission, and in use of the powers that
I have been given, I communicate to you, as an Essential Fact, the following information regarding
of the Administrator.
As of October 1, 2022, Singular Asset Management Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (in
hereinafter “Singular”) will become the administrator of the funds called “Investment Fund”
Singular BIF IV Infrastructure Investment Fund” and “Singular Investment Fund BSREP II! Fund of
Investment” (hereinafter the “Funds”).
Singular accepted her appointment as administrator in the Extraordinary Assemblies of Contributors of
the Funds held on August 29, 2022, in which it was agreed, among other matters, (1) the
amendment of the Internal Regulations of the Funds and; (ii) the replacement of the administrator Econsult
Administradora General de Fondos S.A. by Singular from the date on which the
amendments to the Internal Regulations of the Funds, that is, as of October 1, 2022.
