That, in an ordinary session held on April 24, 2023, Director Alfonso
Álamos Allende submitted his resignation to the Board of Directors of the Society, and assumed in his
replacement Don Fernando del Sol Santa Cruz, who will last in office until the next
Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting.
