Financial Market, we hereby inform you of the following, which has the character of
ESSENTIAL FACT of my represented “Servicios Sanitarios Larapinta S.A.” (the “Sociedagd”), registered
under N* 400 of the Special Register of Reporting Entities under its charge:
At the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 21, 2022 from 12:00 noon, the
Board adopted the following relevant resolutions:
1. Approved the Annual Report, the Company’s Balance Sheet and the report of the external auditors
corresponding to the financial year from 12 January 2021 to 31 December 2021.
2. Do not distribute dividends for not having obtained liquid profits in 2021.
3. The audit firm EY Chile was appointed as external auditors for the financial year 2022.
4. Approved the operations carried out with related parties and the expenses of the board included
in memory.
5. The newspaper “El Mostrador” was fixed to carry out the publications to be made by the Company.
