From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of articles 9? and 10% of Law No. 18,045 and in the
General Rule N* 30 of this Commission, and duly authorized,
reports as ESSENTIAL FACT, that Humphreys Risk Classifier,
as of May 9, 2022, the rating of the solvency of Services has been improved
Financieros Progreso S.A. (the “Company”) from “Category A-” to “Category A”,
while the trend is rated as “Stable”. Meanwhile, the classification of
debt securities of short-term instruments remain in “Tier 1 Category”.
This rise in classification responds, mainly, according to the report of
Humphreys Risk Classifier, to the consistent growth presented by the
Company at the level of placements and clients, with an adequate risk policy,
focused on the diversification of customers and debtors.
It is noted that the Company is also classified by ICR Chile Classifier
of Risk and that this classification of solvency, since January of this year, also
corresponds to “Category A”, while its classification of the effect line of
The Company’s trade is N1/A, with a “Stable” trend.
