By virtue of the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 10 of the Securities Market Law, in relation to Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, duly authorized and on behalf of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the “Administradora”), the management company of the Sembrador IV Investment Fund (the “Fund”), I come to inform you as an essential fact that at the Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors of the Fund held on May 22, 2023, it became aware of the alternatives for the disposal of assets of the private investment fund in which the Fund invests, set out therein.
