By virtue of the provisions of article 9* and the second paragraph of article 10* of the
Securities Market Law, in connection with Article 18″ of Law No. 20,712,
duly empowered and on behalf of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora
General de Fondos (the “Administrator”), the management company of the Fondo de Fondos de
Inversión Sembrador IV (the “Fund”), I come to communicate to you as an essential fact
that at the Ordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors held on April 29,
2022, the following was agreed:
1.
The annual account of the Fund submitted by the Administrator relating to the
management and administration of the Fund and related financial statements;
It was agreed to elect Mr. Roberto Correa as members of the Surveillance Committee.
Vergara, Juan Manuel Gálmez Goñi, Ricardo Ortuzar Cruz, María Soledad Larraín
Mujica and Carlos Sepulveda Inzunza, and it was agreed that he would not be remunerated;
The expenditure budget for the Supervisory Committee of $15,000,000 was approved; and
It was agreed to appoint PKF Chile as the Fund’s external audit firm
Auditores Consultores Limitada.
Likewise, it is reported that the extraordinary assembly of contributors of the Fund, cited for
On April 29, 2022, at 11:30 a.m., it was not held due to lack of quorum for its
constitution.
