From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of Article 9% and second paragraph of Article 10 both
of Law N* 18.045, and in Section 11 of General Rule N? 30 of the
Commission for the Financial Market, duly empowered I come to report in
quality of essential fact relating to the Company I represent that in session of
Board of Directors held on August 16, 2022, was unanimously agreed by the
directory, among others, the following matters, (1) The resignation of Mr. Francisco was accepted
Silva Silva, director and president of the Society. The board of directors went on record
of its thanks to Mr. Silva for the excellent services rendered by him to the
society, for more than 26 years; (ii) subsequently appointed as Chairman of the Board and
of the Society, Mr. Renato Peñafiel Muñoz; and (iii) Substitute director was appointed
of the Company to Mr. Claudio Berndt Cramer, as of August 16, 2022.
