By means of and in accordance with the provisions of Articles 9? and 10″ of the Law
18.045 and in Circular N* 662 and Circular N* 991 of the Commission for the Financial Market, as well as in
other relevant regulations, we inform you of the following Essential Fact:
That, the Essential Fact reported on February 06, 2023, is corrected, in the sense
that at the end of December 2022 the Company presented a Representative Investment Deficit
technical reserves and risk equity in the amount of MMS$7,554; Net Worth Deficit
on Risk Equity of MMS$4,277. This situation implied that the Society reported a
Negative equity of MM$1,117 and negative equity of MMS$953. In
In consideration of the above, at the end of December 2022, the Company presents a
minimum lower than that established in article 7* of DFL 251.-
