Ref.: Appointment of General Manager.
Madam President;
In compliance with the provisions of articles 9 and 10 second paragraph of Law 18,045, as well as
as instructed by this Commission in General Rule No. 30, by this act and
Duly authorized, I come to inform the following:
At its regular meeting held on December 27, the Board of Directors agreed to
unanimity that Mr. Rafael Ramirez Cerda, who as of July 01, 2022
He served as Deputy General Manager, will exercise from this date the position of
General Manager of the Company as holder. Therefore, Mr. Ramirez will leave the
position of Operations Manager, being responsible for the area on an interim basis
Deputy Operations Manager, Mrs. Rocio Fernandez Kruuse.
We will inform this Commission and the market in due course of the appointment of the new
Operations Manager of the Company.
