Ra consideration:
By means of the present and in compliance with the provisions of articles 9 and 10 paragraph 2 of the Law
18.045, as well as the instructions of this Commission in General Rule N*30, Section II point 2.2 letter

I come to inform you of the following:
On December 12, 2022, the ninth Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of SEGUROS was held
KONSEGUR DE GARANTÍAS Y CRÉDITO S.A., with the participation of 100% of the shares issued with right
to vote. The session was held at 15.30 hrs. at the registered office.
The Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting agreed, among other matters, the following:
a) Increase the capital of the Company in the amount of $ 6,500,000,000.- through the issuance of
1,300,000,000 shares of payment, which will be offered to shareholders on a preferential basis to
pro rata of their respective shareholdings. Will be payable within 80 days
working days from the date of the Meeting, delegating to the Board of Directors the power to determine whether the issuance
It will be done in whole or in part, as well as any other aspect necessary for the
Improvement of the capital increase.
b) Modify the statutes of the Company referring to the share capital, that is, Article Five
permanent and First Transitory Article.
c) Adopt all the necessary agreements for the correct implementation of what was decided in the
Meeting.
The details of the resolutions adopted at the Meeting are contained in the respective minutes, which will be reduced to
public deed and sent to the Commission for the Financial Market in a timely manner for approval.
