In compliance with the provisions of articles 9 and 10 paragraph 2 of Law 18,045, and by virtue of the
indicated in article 37 paragraph 2 “of Law 18,046, by this act and duly authorized by the Board of Directors
of the Society, I come to inform the following:
On this date, the Fifty-Seventh Ordinary Session of the Board of Directors of the company was held.
where, among other issues, the resignation of Mr. Andrés from the position of Director President was accepted.
Chechilnitzky Rodriguez, C.N.!. N” 10.622.139-1, who expressed this decision to those present based on
personal reasons. The Board of Directors thanked him for his support in the direction of the Company during the period of
performance of his position and proceeded to appoint as President the titular director Mrs. Camila Bernat
Domínguez, C.N.I. N” 13.828.446-8, who being present at the session accepted and thanked said
appointment.
