From our consideration:
In accordance with the instructions given by your Commission, contained in the Circular
N*662, regarding the disclosure of relevant information by
Insurance, I come to report, as an essential fact, that on March 28,
2023, Mr. John Jairo Uribe Velásquez has submitted his resignation from the position of Director of
SEGUROS GENERALES SURAMERICANA S.A. hereinafter the “Company”. The
Board of Directors Thanks Mr. Uribe for His Work and Deep Dedication in the Exercise
of his position since his appointment.
The resignation will be effective as of April 1, 2023, date on which it will cease to be
to be part of the Board of Directors of the Company. This was reported in the session of
Board of Directors held on March 28, opportunity that in the use of the faculty that the
Article 32 of the Law of Corporations grants them, was appointed as a replacement to
Mr. Jorge Andrés Mejías Delgado, who has a recognized career in Suramericana
S.A.
