Ref: Reports essential fact – Resolutions adopted at the Extraordinary Meeting.
From our consideration:
In accordance with the instructions given by your Commission, contained in Circulars N* 662 and
N* 1737, the provisions of article nine and first and second paragraphs of article ten, both
of Law No. 18,045, and being duly empowered by the shareholders’ meeting of General Insurance
Suramericana S.A. to do so, I come to inform, as an essential fact, that in
extraordinary shareholders held on October 13, 2022, was unanimously agreed by the
present shareholders pay shareholders a possible dividend from the profits of the
2021 fiscal year of the Company amounting to the amount of $ 6,000,001,326.-, equivalent to $ 1,023.-
per share, payable in cash as of October 28 of the current year.
