Ref. Communicate Essential Fact – Change in Management
From our consideration:
By means of this letter, and in accordance with the provisions of article 9″ and subsection
second of Article 10% of Law No. 18,045, on the Securities Market and the
General Character N*30 of this Commission, I come to communicate as a Fact
Esencial de Seguros de Vida SURA S.A. that at the Board meeting dated 19
April 2023, Mr. Joaquín Del Real Larraín presented his resignation from the position of director of
the Company, Such waiver shall be effective as of this date.
As established in the fourth paragraph of Article 32 of Law No. 18,046 on
Corporations, will proceed to fill the vacancy in the Ordinary Meeting of
Shareholders to be held on April 28, 2023, date on which
shall proceed to the election of a new Board of Directors.
