Ref. Communicate Essential Fact – Management Changes
From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of article 9? and second paragraph of article 10%
of Law N* 18.045, on the Securities Market and General Rule N* 30 of this
Commission, I come to communicate as an Essential Fact of Life Insurance SURA S.A.
that at the Board meeting dated March 15, 2023, Mr. Francisco Murillo
Quiroga, Juan Carlos Móller Muzzo, Alfie Ulloa Urrutia and Jose Luis Cordano Copello
submitted their resignation from the position of director of the Company, which will be effective as of
of the 1? April 2023.
As established in the fourth paragraph of Article 32 of Law No. 18,046 on Companies
Anonymously, the Board of Directors agreed to appoint Mr. Pablo as directors of the company.
Sprenger Rochette, Sebastian Rey Lizzano, Catalina Restrepo Cardona and Joaquín Del Real
Larraín, who will last in their positions until April 28, 2023, date on which it will be held
the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting and a new Board of Directors will be elected.
