In accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045, in relation to the provisions of paragraph
2% of Article 9 of D.F.L. N*251 and in Circulars N*991 and N*660, both of its Commission,
specially empowered to do so, I comply with informing that in Extraordinary Meeting of the Board of Directors of the
Company, held on the same date, agreed to distribute and pay a provisional dividend
amounting to the total sum of $2,000,000,000, that is, the sum of $38,551.98735 per subscribed share and
paid by the Company, charged to profits for the year ending December 31, 2022,
payable in cash on November 15, 2022.

6. Distribution of the optional dividend in shares
This section does not apply.
7. Remarks
These dividends correspond to the distribution of profits with credit for Income Tax.
The dividend shall be distributed in accordance with the provisions of Article 1 of the second
Law 21,276, which requires insurance companies, in order to distribute dividends, to present a reason of
patrimonial strength equal to or greater than 1.2 times; what actually happens.
The distribution of the dividend is made considering the provisions of articles 30 and 31 of Law 21,227,
since none of the companies of the business group to which Seguros CLC S.A. belongs has
under this law.
The Dividend is debited against the accounting account 5.22.33.00 Dividends.
Seguros CLC S.A. is a closed public limited company.
Time and place of payment: Estoril 450, commune of Las Condes, city of Santiago, between 09:00 and
18: 00 hours.
Payment will be made in money by electronic transfer to each of the indicated accounts
by shareholders.
