In accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045, in relation to the provisions of

of your Commission, specially empowered to do so, I comply with informing that in Session
Extraordinary Board of Directors of the Company, held on this same date, it was agreed on
distribution and payment of a provisional dividend amounting to the total sum of $ 3,000,000,000.-,
that is, the sum of Ch$57,827.98103.- per subscribed and paid share of the Company, charged
to earnings for the year ending December 31, 2022, payable in cash
on August 16, 2022.
