Ref: Informs of the summons to the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors.
Dear Sir or Madam:
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, in connection with Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045, being duly empowered for such purpose and on behalf of Administradora General de Fondos Security S.A. (the “Administrator”), administrator of the Investment Fund Security Rentas Inmobiliarias 1 (the “Fund”), I hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Administrator agreed to call an Ordinary Meeting of Contributors to the Fund (the “Meeting”), to be held on May 19, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. on the first call, at 11:00 a.m. on the second call, to be held on May 19, 2023. that the board of directors of the Administrator agreed to call an Ordinary Meeting of Contributors of the Fund (the “Meeting”), to be held on May 19, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. on first summons, and at 11:15 a.m. on second summons, at the offices of the Administrator, located at Avenida Apoquindo 3150, 6th floor, commune of Las Condes, Santiago, and through the “Webex” videoconference system, in order to discuss the following matters:
To approve the annual account of the Fund to be submitted by the Administrator, regarding the management and administration of the Fund and to approve the corresponding financial statements;
2. To elect the members of the Supervisory Committee and fix their remuneration;
3. Approve the budget for the expenses of the Oversight Committee;
4. Appoint the external audit firm of the Fund, from among those registered in the registry kept for this purpose by the Financial Market Commission.
5. Any matter of common interest of the contributors that is not proper for an Extraordinary Assembly.
RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ASSEMBLY
The contributors listed in the Fund’s Register of Contributors at midnight of the fifth business day prior to the date of the Meeting shall be entitled to participate in the Meeting.
PUBLICATION OF FUND FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

REMOTE PARTICIPATION AND VOTING
In accordance with the provisions of the Financial Market Commission in General Rule No. 435 and Circular 1,141, both dated March 18, 2020, contributors may attend and vote at the Meeting by technological means.
Contributors must inform no later than 4:00 p.m. on May 18, 2023, if they will participate in the Meeting by such means, by sending an e-mail to the address [email protected], in which they must inform the name of the contributor or representative who will attend and attach the documents that prove their identity and legal capacity, in accordance with the accreditation process that is available at the following website: https:%5B2%.
QUALIFICATION OF POWERS
The qualification of proxies, if applicable, shall be carried out on the same day of the Meeting, at the place where the Meeting is to be held and at the time it is to begin.
