ESSENTIAL FACT
SECURITY OAKTREE REAL ESTATE REAL ESTATE INCOME FUND
Ref: NOTICE OF SECURITY OAKTREE REAL ESTATE INCOME FUND SECOND ANNOUNCEMENT OF ORDINARY ASSEMBLY OF CONTRIBUTORS
From our consideration:
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 10 of the Securities Market Law, in connection with General Rule No. 30, issued by the Financial Market Commission, being duly authorized, I hereby inform you as an essential fact of FONDO DE INVERSION SECURITY OAKTREE REAL ESTATE INCOME FUND (the “Fund”), that the Board of Directors of Administradora General de Fondos Security S. A. (the “Administrator”) agreed to convene the Ordinary Meeting of Contributors of the Fund to be held on May 2023, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at Avenida Apoquindo 3150, Apoquindo 3150, Apoquindo, Chile (the “Fund”), at Avenida Apoquindo 3150, Apoquindo, Chile (the “Administrator”).A. (the “Administrator”) agreed to call an Ordinary Meeting of Contributors of the Fund to be held on May 24, 2023 at 11:00 a.m., at Avenida Apoquindo 3150, 7th floor, commune of Las Condes, Santiago, in order to decide on the following matters:
To approve the annual account of the Fund to be submitted by the Administrator regarding the management and administration of the Fund and to approve the corresponding Financial Statements;
2. To elect the members of the Supervisory Committee and fix their remuneration;
3. Approve the budget for the expenses of the Oversight Committee;
4. Appoint the External Audit Firm of the Fund, from among those registered in the Register kept for this purpose by the Financial Market Commission;
5. To decide on the appointment of independent appraisers or valuers required to appraise the Fund’s investments; and
6. Any matter of common interest of the Contributors that is not proper for an Extraordinary Meeting.
SECOND SUMMONS
We hereby state that the Meeting called for May 12, 2023, by means of a communication sent on May 2, 2023, to deal with the matters indicated in this summons, was not held due to the absence of an absolute majority of the quotas issued with the right to vote. By virtue of the foregoing and in accordance with Article 76 of Law 20,712, the Meeting subject to this summons shall be constituted with the subscribed and paid quotas that are present or represented, regardless of their number.
PUBLICATION OF THE FUND’S FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ASSEMBLY
The Contributors who are registered in the Contributors’ Registry five working days prior to the date of the Meeting shall have the right to participate in the Meeting.
REMOTE PARTICIPATION AND VOTING
In accordance with the provisions of the Financial Market Commission in General Rule No. 435 and Circular 1,141, both dated March 18, 2020, the Contributors are hereby informed that they may attend and vote at the Meeting by technological means.
Contributors must inform no later than 4:00 p.m. on May 23, 2022, whether they will participate in the meeting by such means, by sending an e-mail to the address [email protected], in which they must inform the name of the contributor or representative who will attend and attach the documents that prove their identity and legal capacity, in accordance with the accreditation process contained in the “Instructions for Remote Participation” available on the website www.inversionessecurity.cl, section: https:%B3n%.
The attendance and voting of the Contributors participating in the Meeting by technological means will be carried out through an online video-conference system called “Webex”. Further details on the operation of this system are available on the website referred to in the preceding paragraph.
QUALIFICATION OF POWERS
The qualification of proxies, if applicable, shall be carried out on the same day of the Meeting, at the place where the Meeting is to be held and at the time it is to begin.
