REF.: INFORMS AGREEMENTS OF ORDINARY ASSEMBLY OF CONTRIBUTORS
From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law 20,712 on Fund Administration
of third parties and individual portfolios, and articles 9 and 10 of Law 18,045 on the Securities Market,
hereby Administradora General de Fondos Security S.A., duly empowered for this purpose,
informs as an essential fact that on May 17, 2022, the Ordinary Assembly was held
of Contributors of the Security Investment Fund Housing Debt with Subsidy (the “Fund”, in the
that the contributors present and represented agreed as follows:

The financial statements and the annual account of the Fund for the year were approved.
Completed as of December 31, 2021.
Sergio Espinola Ortega, Jorge Sepulveda Torres and José Luis Délano were elected
Méndes as members of the Supervisory Committee.
The revenue and expenditure budget of the Supervisory Committee was approved.
It was agreed to appoint Surlatina Auditores Limitada as an audit firm of the Fund for the
year ended December 31, 2022.
Jorge Sepulveda Arancibia, Nicolás Mc-Intyre Casto and Guillermo Marín were elected
Bull as members of the Investment Committee.
The income and expenditure budget of the Investments Committee was approved.
