REF.: INFORMS AGREEMENTS OF ORDINARY ASSEMBLY OF CONTRIBUTORS
From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law 20,712 on Administration of Third Party Funds and
individual portfolios, and articles 9 and 10 of Law 18,045 on the Securities Market, hereby
Administradora General de Fondos Security S.A., duly authorized for this purpose, informs as an essential fact
that on May 25, 2022, the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors of the Investment Fund was held
Security Debt Opportunities (the “Fund”), in which the contributors present and represented agreed to
next:
1. The financial statements and the annual account of the Fund for the year then ended
December 31, 2021.
2. Eduardo Steffens Vidal, Paul Mazoyer Rabie, and Hugo Caneo Ormazabal were elected as
members of the Supervisory Committee.
3. The revenue and expenditure budget of the Supervisory Committee was adopted.
4. It was agreed to appoint PKF Chile Auditores Consultores Limitada as an audit firm of the Fund for
the year ended December 31, 2022.
5. It was agreed to appoint M31 and Pivot Advisors as independent consultants for the
valuation of the Fund’s investments.
