By means of the present, by virtue of the provisions of articles 9 and 10 of Law 18,045
on the Securities Market, and in accordance with the provisions of letter A. a) of the
Section II of General Standard N*486 and numeral 5.1.7 of Section IV of

Partial placement of bonds in the local market, dematerialized and bearer.
The specific terms of the placement were as follows:
1. Series Bonus “Z8”, Code BSECZ80621, for a total amount of $6,500,000,000 (six
one thousand five hundred million pesos), with an expiration date of June 1, 2027, at a rate
average placement of 6.62% (six point sixty-two percent), enrolled in the
Securities Registry under number 6/2021 dated September 23, 2021.
2. Series Bonus “Z8”, Code BSECZ80621, for a total amount of $ 100,000,000 (one hundred
million pesos), with a maturity date of June 1, 2027, at an average rate of
placement of 6.61% (six point sixty-one percent), registered in the Registry of
Values under number 6/2021 dated September 23, 2021.
