Ref: Announces issuance of notes under the Medium Term Notes Program (MTN)
From our consideration:
Hereby, pursuant to the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law 18,045 of the Securities Market Law, and in accordance with letter A.a) of Section II of General Rule No. 486 and number 5.1.7 of Section IV of General Rule No. 30, both of the Financial Market Commission (the “Commission”), I hereby inform you, as essential information, that on this date bonds have been issued in international markets under the Medium Term Notes Program (MTN) of Scotiabank Chile dated March 29, 2023.
The specific terms of the placement were as follows: senior notes for a total amount of USD 13,000,000 (United States Dollars) at an average annual placement rate of 5.094% (five point zero nine nine four percent) and with a maturity date of May 23, 2025.
Finally, I am writing this letter in my capacity as representative before this Commission, as agreed at the Ordinary Board of Directors’ Meeting No. 2375 held on September 23, 2014.
