term (Medium Term Notes Program or MTN)
From our consideration:
Pursuant to Articles 9 and 10 of the Act
18.045 on the Securities Market, and in accordance with the provisions of letter A.a) of the
Section II of General Standard N? 486 and paragraph 5.1.7 of Section IV of
the General Standard N? 30, both of the Commission for the Financial Market (the
“Commission”), I inform you, as essential information, that this date
have issued bonds in international markets under the bond issuance program
medium-term (Medium Term Notes Program or MTN), established by Scotiabank Chile
dated May 25, 2022 and supplemented on September 30, 2022.
The specific conditions of the placement were as follows: senior bonds for
a total amount of JPY 5,000,000,000 (Japanese Yen) at an average annual placement rate
of 0.90% (zero point ninety percent) and with an expiration date of March 2, 2027.
Finally, I would like to point out that I subscribe to this letter in my capacity as representative to the
