From our consideration:
Pursuant to Articles 9 and 10 of the Act
18.045 on the Securities Market, and in accordance with the provisions of letter A.a) of the Section
II of the General Standard N? 486 and numeral 5.1.7 of Section IV of the Standard of
General Character No 30, both of the Commission for the Financial Market (the “Commission”),
I inform you, as essential information, that three
Partial placements of bonds in the local market, dematerialized and bearer.
The specific conditions of the placements were as follows:
1) Series BB bonds for a total amount of 150,000 Development Units, maturing on 9
September 2030, at an average annual placement rate of 2.95% (two comma ninety and
five percent), registered in the Commission’s Securities Registry under number 7-2/2021
dated October 12, 2021.
2) BG series bonds for a total amount of 330,000 Development Units, maturing on 9
of March 2028, at an average annual placement rate of 3.22% (three point twenty-two per
cent), registered in the Commission’s Securities Registry under number 7-7/2021 dated 1
March 2022.
3) BQ series bonds for a total amount of 300,000 Development Units, maturing on 1
of August 2027, at an average annual placement rate of 3.23% (three point twenty-three per
cent), registered in the Securities Registry of the Commission under number 7/2021 dated 30
November 2022.
Finally, I would like to point out that I subscribe to this letter in my capacity as representative to the
