In compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 and the
Article 9? and 10% of Law 18,045, in relation to the General Norm
N* 30 of that Commission, it is communicated as an Essential Fact that, in ordinary meeting
of shareholders held on March 28, 2023 it was agreed to choose as
directors of Scotia Administradora General de Fondos Chile S.A., to Messrs.
Ignacio Ruiz-Tagle Mena, Eduardo Meynet Biancardi, Eduardo Ignacio Quiroga Paz,
René Eduardo Peragallo Lizana and Andrea Patricia Sanhueza Barrientos.
