Ref.: Announces Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting
Mr. President:
In accordance with the provisions of Article 63 of Law N? 18.046 and by the
Article 18 of Law N* 20.712 in relation to Articles 9 and 10 of Law N? 18,045, and
duly authorized for this purpose by the Board of Directors of Scotia General Administrator of
Fondos Chile S.A. would like to inform you of the following:
That by agreement of the Board of Directors dated February 27, 2023, the Board has been summoned
General Ordinary Shareholders of the company Scotia Administradora General de
Fondos Chile S.A. to be held on March 28, 2023, at 1:00 p.m., at
Offices of the Society.
The subjects to be dealt with will be the following:
1. Approval of the Financial Statements, Balance Sheet and Auditors’ Report
External.
. Distribution of profits.
. Election or Renewal of the members of the Board of Directors.
. Appointment of External Auditors.
. Knowledge of the information provided for in Article 147 of Law N? 18.046.
. Designation of the newspaper in which the legal publications of the company will be made.
7.- Other matters pertaining to the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting.
