Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the provisions of Article 9″ and the second paragraph of Article 10? of the Law
N*18.045, and the provisions of General Standard N*30 and its amendments, I inform
as an ESSENTIAL FACT the following:
Schwager S.A. has signed with Vector Capital Corredores de Bolsa SpA. a contract so that
it acted as market maker with respect to the shares issued by Schwager S.A., in
Compliance with the provisions contained in paragraph 2.8. of the Operations Manual en
Shares of the Santiago Stock Exchange, without assuming the obligation to comply with the Character Standard
General N*327 of the Commission for the Financial Market, which establishes requirements for a
value is considered to be of stock market presence.
The management of market maker began today, with a duration of the contract until November 30
of 2023, renewable.
