From our consideration:
By means of the hereby, in accordance with the provisions of article 63 of the Companies Law
Anonymous, Law number 18.046, Circular number 991 of January 23, 1991 and Circular
number 2010, of 18 February 2011, both issued by the Superintendency of Securities and
Insurance (now Commission for the Financial Market) and other legal provisions and
pertinent regulations, we inform you that at the Ordinary Meeting of the Board of Directors.
held on March 15, it was agreed to call the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders,
which will take effect on April 19, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. in the offices
located in Av. Los Jardines 976, Office 6A, Huechuraba, city of Santiago.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the option of videoconferencing will also be available by
the Zoom tool for those who cannot attend in person, fulfilling the effect
with all the necessary provisions for its proper development.
The purpose of the aforementioned Ordinary Meeting is to know and pronounce on the following
matters:
a) Approval of the Annual Report, Balance Sheet and Financial Statements of the Company,
for the year ended December 31, 2022;
(b) Report of the External Auditors;
c) To pronounce on the distribution of profits and distribution of dividends.
d) Renewal of the Board of Directors of the company.
(e) Determination of directors’ compensation
(f) Designation of the External Audit Firm;
(g) Designation of Risk Classifiers;
h) To account for the operations referred to in Title XVI of the Law;
(i) Determination of the Journal in which publications will be made; and
j) Other matters of social interest and competence of the Ordinary Meeting.

December 2022 has been made with this date on the Company’s website, according to
the terms established in Article 76 of Law No. 18,046, being the URL of said site:
