From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of Circular number 662 of the Commission for the
Financial Market (formerly the Superintendency of Securities and Insurance) and others
Relevant rules, we communicate to you with relevant fact the following:
That on the occasion of an internal restructuring and seeking a better operability
to face the new challenges that the Company will face,
has determined that as of this date Mr. Fidel Ibañez Ortega, cease to
perform the functions he performed under the position of Assistant Manager of Operations,
thanking him for the work carried out during these years.
To the same end, we inform that, as of December 1, Mr.
Marcelo Silva Gálvez, current Deputy Manager of Systems, will assume the position of Manager of
Operations and Technology.
Finally, we note that the aforementioned changes were previously
Approved by the Board of Directors of the Company.
