From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of Circular number 662 of the Commission for the
Financial Market (formerly the Superintendency of Securities and Insurance) and others
Relevant rules, we communicate to you with relevant fact the following:
That by letter dated June 14, I have learned of the resignation of the
Mr. Gonzalo Martino González, to the position of Director of the Company, which is indicated
It shall become effective at the time the new Director to replace him is appointed.
As a result of the foregoing and in a regular meeting held today, the Board of Directors has
decided to make use of the faculty provided by Article 32 of Law No. 18.046 (on
Corporations) in conjunction with Article 71 of the Companies Regulation
Anonymous, agreeing to appoint in his replacement Mr. Jesús Diez González, who
Present at that session, he accepted the position assuming in his capacity as director of the company
until the next Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, which will rule on this matter.
The Board of Directors thanked Mr. Martino for his participation and contribution throughout the
period in which he served as a director of the Company.
