Inversiones El Alba Limitada, has made the transfer of its four shares in the
Save BC] Compañía de Seguros de Vida S.A., to the company Contempora
Inversiones S.A, leaving the shareholding composition of the company as indicated to
continuation:
1. Inversiones y Servicios Financieros San Cristóbal Il S.A., holder of 33
shares, representing 33% of the company;
2. Contempora Inversiones S.A., holder of 33 shares, representing 33%
of society;
3. Boris Buvinic Guerovich, holder of 25 shares, representing 25% of
society; and
4. Inmobiliaria e Inversiones Fourcorp Limitada, holder of 9 shares,
representing 9% of society.
