SARTOR PRIVATE DEBT ESG INVESTMENT FUND – IN LIQUIDATION
Ref: Communicates liquidation Sartor Investment Fund Private Debt ESG – in Liquidation
Dear Sir or Madam:
By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of the Law
N*20.712, Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law N*18.045 and Section II of the Standard
of General Character N*30 of that Commission, I come to communicate to you, as
ESSENTIAL FACT of the Sartor Investment Fund ESG Private Debt – in Liquidation
(the “Fund”), administered by Sartor Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the
“Administrator”), that the Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors of the Fund, held
On the same date, it agreed as follows:
(a) To approve the final account for the completion of the liquidation of the Fund; and
(b) To terminate the liquidation of the Fund.
By virtue of the foregoing, the Administrator will proceed to request the cancellation of the registration
of the Fund and the removal of its Internal Regulations from the Public Registry of Deposit of
Internal Regulations carried out by the Commission.
