From our consideration:
By means of and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of
Law N*20.712, Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law N*18.045 and Section II of the
General Rule N*30 of that Commission, I come to communicate to you, in
character of ESSENTIAL FACT of the Investment Fund Sartor Private Debt ESG (the
“Fund”), administered by Sartor Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the
“Administrator”), that the Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors of the Fund, held
On March 9, 2023, it agreed to the following:
(a) Early dissolution of the Fund; and
b) Appoint the Administrator as liquidator of the Fund, fixing its
Powers and duties.
