Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 and Articles 9 and
10 of Law No. 18,045, duly authorized, by means of this I come in
communicate to you the following Essential Fact regarding the Sartor Debt Investment Fund
Private ESG (the “Fund”), managed by Sartor General Fund Manager
S.A. (the “Administrator”):
On May 31, 2022, at the offices located at Cerro el Plomo N*5420,
office 1301, commune of Las Condes, Santiago, was held in first summons, the Assembly
Ordinary Fund Contributors, in which it was agreed:
1. The annual account of the Fund presented by the Administrator was approved, the opinion of the
external auditors, and the audited financial statements for the year ended 31
December 2021;
2. The members of the Audit Committee of the Fund for the financial year 2022 were appointed,
which was composed of the following persons:
and Rodrigo Varela Pérez-Gomar
and Felipe Grau Vodanovic
and Santiago Ibáñez Lecaros
3. The expenditure budget of the Supervisory Committee for the year 2022 was approved;
4. It was agreed to fix a remuneration for the members of the Supervisory Committee
ascending to UF 15 for each of the sessions that are carried out, with a maximum
5 paid sessions per year;
5. The Fund was designated as the Fund’s external audit firm for the financial year 2022:
Deloitte Auditors and Consultants Limited.
