Ref: Distribution of provisional dividend of Sartor Mid Mall Investment Fund,
managed by Sartor Administradora General de Fondos S.A.
From our consideration:
By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of the Law
N?20.712, Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph of Law N* 18.045 and Section II of the Standard
of General Character N* 30 of that Commission, I come to communicate to you, in the capacity of
ESSENTIAL FACT, the following:
At the Ordinary Session of the Board of Directors of Sartor Administradora General de Fondos S.A.,
held on September 28, 2022, the distribution of a dividend was agreed
provisional fund of the Sartor Mid Mall Investment Fund, charged to the results of the
fiscal year 2022, amounting to the sum of $ 230,000,000.- By virtue of the above, each
Contributor will receive the sum of $ 375.145164868.- for each fee subscribed and paid in
said Fund.
This dividend will be paid in cash as of October 17, 2022 in the
offices of the Administrator, located in Cerro El Plomo N* 5420, office 1301,
commune of Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., having
right to it, the Contributors who appear registered as such in the Register of Contributors
of the Fund 5 working days in advance of the date of payment.
