SARTOR ADMINISTRADORA GENERAL DE FONDOS S.A.
Ref: Reports ESSENTIAL FACT indicating the Sartor Investment Fund Projection,
managed by Sartor Administradora General de Fondos S.A.
From our consideration:
By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of the Law
N?20,712, Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph of Law N* 18,045 and Section II of the Standard
of General Character N* 30 of that Commission, I come to communicate to you as
ESSENTIAL FACT the following:
That the investment fund of the redeemable type called Sartor Investment Fund
Projection, will distribute as a dividend the sum of $ 177,974,026.-, amount that
corresponds to 30% of the “Net Profits Received” that can be distributed
as dividends, according to the balance sheet of the aforementioned Fund as at December 31,
2021. The amount of the dividend to be paid will correspond to the value resulting from dividing 30%
of the Fund’s Net Profit Received in reference during the year 2021 by the
Number of shares outstanding, excluding purchased own shares
by the Fund.
This dividend will be paid in cash or bank transfer to
as of June 22, 2022 at the offices of the Administrator, located in Cerro
El Plomo N* 5420, office 1301, commune of Las Condes, Santiago, from Monday to Friday
9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., having the right to it, the Contributors who are registered as such
in the Register of Fund Contributors 5 business days in advance of the date of
payment.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Contributors who so state in writing within the
five calendar days from the date on which they are notified,
They may choose to receive all or part of the dividends that correspond to them, through
Fees released from payment. For these purposes, the value of the Fund to be used in this
capitalization will be the day immediately preceding the payment date, i.e. the value
Fee of June 21, 2022. In the event that they say nothing within the aforementioned period, the
Dividend will be paid in cash. In case of not reaching the integer of the value
Respective fee On the occasion of the exercise of the option, the balance will be delivered in money
in cash.
