Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 and Articles 9 and
10 of Law No. 18,045, duly authorized, by means of this I come in
communicate to you the following Essential Fact regarding the Sartor Investment Fund
Oportunidad y Desarrollo Inmobiliario USA (the “Eondo”), managed by Sartor
Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the “Administrator”):
On June 7, 2022, the Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors was held
of the Fund, in which it was agreed to reduce the capital of the Fund by the amount of 759,892
Quotas.
The value of the quota for the purposes of the foregoing shall be that corresponding to
Installment value of the day prior to the effective payment of the capital reduction.
The payment of the capital reduction will be made no later than June 10, 2022, in
United States dollars, by electronic transfer or document
bank, to contributors who are registered in the Register of Contributors of the
Fund on the fifth business day prior to the date of payment.
