Ref.: Communicates Summons to Ordinary and Extraordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors of
Investment Sartor Commercial Income.
Dear Sir or Madam:
Duly empowered and in accordance with the provisions of Articles 9″ and 10? of Law N?
18.045 of the Securities Market, and in the General Standard N? 30 of the Commission for the
Financial Market, it is communicated as an essential fact that the Board of Directors of Sartor
Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the “Administrator”), agreed to summon the Assembly
Ordinary and Extraordinary Contributors of the Sartor Commercial Income Investment Fund (in
hereinafter referred to as the “Fund”), as follows:
Ordinary Assembly:
In first citation, to be held on May 25, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., in the offices
located in Cerro el Plomo 5420, office 1301, commune of Las Condes, Santiago, and in second
Summons to be held in the same place on May 25, 2022 at 10:30 a.m., in order to

Extraordinary Assembly:
In first summons, to be held on May 25, 2022, at 12.00 noon, in the offices
located in Cerro el Plomo 5420, office 1301, commune of Las Condes, Santiago, and in second
Summons to be held in the same place on May 25, 2022, at 12.30 p.m., in order to
Deal with the following matters:
a) The amendment of the Internal Regulations of the Fund with respect to the following matters:
(i) Establish an investment limit on term deposits and other securities
representative of deposits of financial institutions or guaranteed by them.
(ii) Define, in the Fund’s borrowing policy, what is meant by receivable liabilities;
medium-term liabilities and long-term liabilities.
(iii) Note that the Fund has a unique set of assessments.
(iv) Clarify that the limit on expenditure arising from investment in quotas of other funds,
considers the quotas of funds managed by the same Administrator.
v) Modify the individualization of the secondary market for the Fund’s quotas.
vi) Individualize the decimals contemplated by the Fund for the fractionation of quotas.
vii) Incorporate the power of the Supervisory Committee to meet by remote means.

viii) Modify the liquidation procedure of the Fund, in relation to its duration and
possible extensions, and the destination of monies not collected for this concept.
ix) Update the reference to the tax benefit of article 107 of the Income Law.
(x) To determine the procedure to be followed in respect of compensation received by the
Administrator for damages caused to the Fund.
b) The adoption of such other agreements as may be necessary to implement the decisions of
the Assembly.
Financial statements: The financial statements of the Fund are available to the
gentlemen contributors on the website of the Administrator since March 31, 2022.
Right to participate in the Assemblies: The
contributors who are registered in the Register of Contributors at midnight of the fifth
working day prior to the date on which the respective Assembly is to be held.
Remote participation: In accordance with the provisions of General Standard No. 435 and the
Circular Letter N*1.141, both of the Commission for the Financial Market, the Board of Directors of the
Administrator agreed that in the Ordinary and Extraordinary Assemblies of Fund Contributors
participation will be allowed through the use of technological means that the Administrator
will have enabled. The procedure agreed by the Board of Directors for participation and voting to
distance in the Contributors’ Assemblies will be available on the website of the Administrator
www.sartor.cl, as of this date.
Qualification of powers: The qualification of powers, if applicable, will be carried out on the same day of
the respective Assembly, at the place of its celebration and at the time at which it is to begin.
