Ref: Communicates Summons to Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Sartor Administradora
General de Fondos S.A.
Dear Sir or Madam:
Duly empowered and in accordance with Articles 9* and 10? of the
Law No. 18.045 on the Securities Market, and in General Rule No. 30 of the
Commission for the Financial Market, it is communicated as an essential fact that the
Board of Directors of Sartor Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the “Company”), in session
Ordinary held on March 29, 2023, agreed to summon the ordinary meeting of
shareholders of the Company to be held from 12:00 noon on April 28
of 2023, in the offices located in Cerro El Plomo N*5420, office 1301, commune of
Las Condes, Santiago, to deal with the following matters:
1) To decide on the memory, balance sheet, financial statements and report of the
external auditors corresponding to the financial year 2022.
2) Treatment of the results of the 2022 financial year.
3) Rule on the distribution of dividends.
(4) Determination of the amount of directors’ remuneration.
5) Designate the external audit firm for the review of the financial year 2023.
6) Related Party Transactions.
7) Designate a newspaper of the registered office to carry out the legal publications.
8) To know and pronounce on any other matter of social interest that is of
Competence of the ordinary shareholders’ meeting.
At that meeting, the Board of Directors of the Company agreed and approved the use of means
Technological that allow remote participation and voting in the Board, approving
also the procedures necessary to prove the identity of the persons who
participate remotely in the meeting or its power, if any, and its voting, within the framework of
of the provisions of General Standard N*435 and Circular Letter N*1141,
both from the Commission for the Financial Market.
