Under Article 9? and second paragraph of Article 10*,
of Law N”18,045, we communicate to you the following Essential Fact regarding the Stock Exchange
de Comercio de Santiago, Bolsa de Valores (the “BCS”).

That, as you know, at the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders of the BCS
held on June 16, 2022 (the “Board”), it was agreed, inter alia, to divide the
BCS (the “Division”), which remains as a continuation and is constituted from
she a new public limited company, not special, called “Sociedad de Infraestructuras
of Mercado S.A.” (the “SIM”). The Division and amendments of statutes of the BCS agreed in the

once completed, will enable the Division to materialize and begin to take effect;
That, with this date, the BCS has granted the public deed of materialization of the Division.
Said public deed (the “Deed of Materialization”) provided for in the Meeting, accounts for the
compliance with the aforementioned suspensive and copulative conditions, whereupon the Division,
the constitution of the SIM and the other amendments to the statutes of the BCS
approved in the Board have full legal effects as of today, 1? March
2023. We will send you a copy of the Deed of Materialization as soon as it is
received by the BCS from the relevant Notary; and
That, within the framework of the materialization of the Division, the BCS will inform the
shareholders –by posting a notice in the electronic journal www.latercera.com
and the sending of a registered letter — on the date and other terms of the material delivery
of the shares of the SIM to the shareholders of the BCS.
